"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. "Trey did a roof repair for my house last year in September 2020. I should have written this review earlier, but wanted to make sure the roof did not leak during the winter. Roof repairs were done professionally and in time. Trey tried to match the roof shingle as much as possible, although the shingles are little lighter than the original roof. "He is really good and competitive. He has a twin brother who is really good and never left the job. He didn't let anyone under 20 on the roof because I don't like any nonsense. He split them up in to groups and had them start working. He came back and cleaned up with a magnet. He also picked up the roof that blew off my house. He fixed the gutter for me too. He wouldn't leave until I told him there was nothing else I could have him do; you do not find people like this anymore."

"Scott did an outstanding job on the roof of the garage/and back half of the house. They installed and repaired gutters. Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. We would highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs."

"The roof/ soffit job went excellent. I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. The gentleman who arrived to give me the free quote was friendly and knew right away what needed to be done. He took some pictures and a few days later I received a quote. Mark, the supervisor in the main office, is very nice. He is very accessible and clarified the quote before the job started. I was fortunate to get on their repair schedule a few weeks later. The roofers who showed up were great. Allen was very pleasant and told me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He even paused half way through to show me what he had done before he sealed everything up. That really gave me comfort as it gave me an opportunity to ask any questions before everything was already done and over. The result was very clean and finished looking. I felt very comfortable that they are experts in their work, and I'm confident I made the right choice when I hired them among the 3 roofers I had been considering originally. Will definitely hire them again."
