When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "Installed a cedar fence for us in December. We had to reschedule several times due to bitter and extreme cold. I had to call to check on the rescheduling rather than them contacting me. We had asked them to install chicken wire at the bottom to keep our dogs from digging, they only did a small section and left the rest undone with the supplies in the yard. They had to come back two different times after that to complete the requested work, though Danny was very courteous. I also had to call to request pull handles to put by the latches which they told me was extra but they would do. They only put one pull on each of the doors, so it is difficult to get in and out of the gate we use most because d the rough wood. It’s not smoothed down at all so be careful. Otherwise the job was done in a day or two for the actual fence. Seems sturdy and does the job. I am so grateful to have it!"
