"I believe they cut corners. They move something for me that was not in the scope of their practice damaged my wall in my house and didn?t take ownership to it, but I didn?t even hold that against them. It?s the fact that I went to mop my new floors that they put in the garage with the epoxy, and it started chipping up already just under a month after having them done when I contacted them they told me they did exactly as instructed and there was nothing else they could do for me basically weren?t gonna make it right. I?ve uploaded photos just to show that I?m not an angry Karen. I?m just very sad that they seem like really nice people, but they were just in it to make a dollar quick work and not quality. I was going to hire them for our company as we are about to be a new homebuilder. I?m glad I experimented on my own house and not what I?m selling. I uploaded pictures to show the paint chipping up off of the garage floor, and then the damage of The wall inside"

"Collins Roofing was fantastic. I had a tree limb come down on the roof of my detached garage. This led to a large whole in the roof. Collins came out immediately to assess the damage. They had a crew out here within a couple days and completed the repair efficiently. the crew was polite and professional. they did an excellent job and had it done before a rainstorm that would have led to more extensive damage inside the garage. the price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them again for roof repairs."

They have the worst communication, the worst time management, and the worst subcontractors. Job that should have took 2 months max took 6 months. Truly terrible and heartbreaking to spend almost $70,000 on a job and be treated like the way our family was. Results were terrible. Problems with tile, flooring, and pipes. It's just a disaster and not worth your sanity. Stay far away. "
