Then it seemed like my job was rushed. past few months started to notice more and more cracks in the sheet rock. Now I have a large hole where one of the piers were install. was filled with concrete. The concrete broke and exposed a large hole that was never filled in properly. Have tried to contact them by phone and email, with no such luck. Phones are disconnected and cant send any type of message to them."

The Floor It Today salesperson, Sean, came out the first time and took very low measurements, thus making his price much lower than other bids we received. When this was pointed out, he came out, measured again, raised his price but didn't change his measurements. The third time, we measured ourselves, called Sean out to re-measure and finally got the numbers right. Our biggest fear was that he would short order on material, installation would begin and we would have to wait until additional material arrived. "Juan was quick to respond and arrived at home at promised time. Tightening the faucet was not easy as access to the underside was very cramped, but he quickly had the faucet tightened (something I had been trying to do with no success before going to Angies List).
     Juan then disappeared (to Lowes?) and came back with tile grout that matched my custom color. He replaced the access panel and grouted it back in place.
     Next, Juan dug up a broken sprinkler head, disappeared again and came back with a replacement head and installed that.
     I'm 100% pleased with his work.
