"Capps came out for the estimate and preformed the work effectively and efficiently. This was a tile roof leak in our garage that had been repaired incorrectly before by a prior owner. Capps inspected the area, found the location of the leak and did a very thourough job in removing and replacing rotted sheathing, etc. The new tiles were painted to closely match our existing roof color. Excellent company and I would not hire anyone else for any other roofing project!"

"Representative was immediately available; did thorough research on problem, including a personalized and detailed drawing of both the problem and the proposed solution. I obtained a much lower estimate from another firm, but wanted to go with a professional roofer who offered warranty (this company gave a two-year warranty.) Had some difficulty actually getting the work done in a timely fashion, due to heavy storms that swept the surrounding areas and other customers had much more critical problems than mine. I was pleased with the explanation of the repairs, and the time the representative took to review the problem and explain the solution. Obviously, only time will tell if the repairs were successful - but so far, no problems."

"Danny came to our house to estimate our repair of cracked and broken tiles and replacement of 8 ft of fascia board. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and what to expect. It took about 2 weeks for their repair crew to get to me and I was away when the repair was done. It was much more involved than what I had imagined. The repair was completed in 1 day and I was provided photos of taking the roof apart, doing the repair and finishing and painting the repair. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage.
