"R&R Roofing replaced the roofing at home this September, 2021. Richard Rossi toured the site with me and clearly detailed the work to be done and the reasons for the specific choices and materials. He answered my questions without prevarication. The work was scheduled the week before, and was started and completed on the scheduled day. The roof looks great and easily passed its first rainy day. The crew were extremely conscientious not only about installing the roofing, but also in their consideration for the gardens, grounds, and driveway. There was no damage to the flowerbeds or to the lawn. There was not a nail or shred of roofing material or its packaging anywhere on the site when they left. R&R Roofing installed the previous roofing 23 years ago. I expect this new one to last just as long."

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

"I had 7 basement and 2 first floor windows I needed replaced. Normally, I do most of my own home improvements, however, this job was too big time and experience wise. The basement windows were in terrible condition with some of the sills and surrounding wood rotted away. They were also different sizes and not typical so I couldn't just pick them up at the home improvement store. I looked into ordering them but thought what if I get the measurements wrong (rotted sills)? Didn't want to deal with the hassle. I had a couple of estimates and decided to go with Clear Choice Home Improvement. They were able to keep the price within my budget and I didn't lose any window quality. I was very impressed with the installation team that did the job. They were definitely good at what they do. Extremely polite and professional they took out the old windows and installed all the new windows with the trim in one day! Even when it started raining pretty hard for while at about half way through they never slowed down or complained. When finished they had me inspect all their work, which looked great! I would definitely hire this company again!"
