"Beautiful job by Troy & Co. Our backyard was useless with standing water and a mud pit under our deck, but Troy installed a french drain system and buried several downspouts to divert the water away from the middle of the yard and installed some river rock with a border under the deck to make it an attractive area versus an eye sore. Will definitely be hitting Troy back up for some more landscaping work in the spring."

We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. The work was done very well and within budget, and the crew distinguished itself by how well they cleaned up the site. The spacing between plantings to allow for future growth seems perfect. Most of all we like Kurt. He is low-key and friendly, offers solid, knowledgeable opinions when asked, and never applies any sort of sales pressure. "Redesign from grass to boulders and decorative plants: Ibi and crew came and removed all of the front yard plants, mostly grass and a few accent evergreens. It was a total overhaul. His staff spent 2 days removing plants in place plus roots and soil. Boulders came next. Watching his staff work was a pleasure. He was here every day to oversee that it was done to his requirements. It looked fabulous when completed. However, in a month we had a major problem - nutsedge. It did not happen immediately, but it was killed and removed by his staff. He also added some plants for ground cover and replaced one plant's loss. We experienced a few problems but like the professional he is, Ibi resolved each one as it occurred - lights, nutsedge, and dead plants. He replaced and addressed all of our problems. Definitely would use his company again."

He kept me updated as to the progress of the work and always kept me informed about the progress of the job (the job took about 40 hours over the course of a week to complete). "Jose, the owner of bamboo Tree Service, was very responsive and came out to provide a free quote. I accepted his quote but needed to delay the work until a boundary survey was completed. When I called him to schedule, he was again responsive and gave me a firm date. He and his helper came as promised and did the work quickly and neatly. I discussed a few additions to my original plan, and Jose quickly took care of everything I needed. They cleaned up all the debris and did not even charge extra for additional requests. I can't imagine that it could have been any more professional, courteous, or stress free. I have additional landscaping needs and I will definitely give Bamboo a call."
