"This company did a great deep cleaning on my house. The ladies were all very professional, yet friendly too. The bathrooms , especially showers were sparkling. The kitchen cabinets and all the woodwork was shining with no grunge left behind. Floors, glass all done to perfection. So happy with the job they did and will call them again. All clean for the holiday!!!! 😄"

Customers say: Quick response

"Sandra was easy to communicate with, and very nice. She and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our very challenging (read: messy) house. They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. They were punctual and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them."

"I was very satisfied with the whole process. Work was done at my brotherâ s house. Tyler met me at the house while I was in MA on vacation. He estimated the job & refigured the cost based on decisions made after talking with him on several possibilities. His crew finished the job while I was in town as requested. I would certainly recommend TMP to friends & relatives. His"

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Quincy, MA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
