Something important to me is there was no mess left behind (wet footprints, dirty water, etc.) I highly recommend Galaxy's Finest. "Jason and his crew did a great job. I highly suggest you get everything done at once. Ducts were full of dust. Now they are vacuumed clean and sanitized with the new UV light Jason installed. Carpets including our area rugs were cleaned to perfection. Finally our dryer vent was awful and quite possibly a fire hazard. Now it’s completely clean after Jason used some specialty equipment to get every particle out. At the final walk through, Jason noticed some residual dog hair on a small section of one of the steps after everything was done and all equipment was put away. He promptly got everything back out and did ALL of the stairs over. Wow! Make sure to vacuum all carpets that are to be cleaned. It helps with the cleaning process and will give you better results. As an aside, the sun is shining in the windows. I use to see lots of dust flying around in the air despite all of my cleaning efforts. Now I see a very very minimal amount! Please Consider using this owner operated company for your next cleaning project."

" John and his staff were very courteous, knowledgable and timely.  As for the carpet cleaning, I am not so impressed.  I had my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago and it is only myself and my husband in the house.  The area at the top of my stairs already looks dirty (or it was never cleaned) and I paid extra for the protection on the carpets.  I had pet stains and the smell has never fully come out and the entire carpet never smelled clean.  I formally used SS (big national company) and will gladly go back to them,   With the coupon, Extreme Steam ended up being the same price as SS with the protection I had to pay extra for, so it was no deal for me.  Thank you John for your courtesy, I see many customers are very happy with Exteme Steam but they are not for me.  I will not request a redo but will go back to SS.  I like my carpets to smell clean !
