They made sure every single bat was gone before they collected the final payment even though it meant coming out 4 to 5 times. They were very fair with the pricing, especially since bat exclusion is very expensive. They explained the process in great detail, so much so that it made us realize that the other company who quoted us would have illegally removed the bats, keep in mind they’re federally protected, & we the home owners could have gotten in trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who needs animal removal. Their warranty was such a good deal we even signed up for pest services. "I waited many weeks to post this, to make sure I didn't post out of anger. I've used Blake for many yrs. Il've literally paid him thousands. I am posting our last correspondence. Blake didn't inform me that he didn't have his cameras until AFTER I agreed to quote and AFTER he was finished for the day. That concerned me, as he usually has them up for a few days, sometimes a wk, to make sure squirrels are allout. He came back 2 days later and closed the holes. *pictured are his 'fix'. After a few days of concern, I called to ask about the $550 charge without cameras. He stated, "that's what I charge". I said that was ok. If he felt it was fair, I'd respectfully accept it. In less than 3 wks, another hole was made. When I let him know, I was shocked at his response. I own my own business, and wouldn't still be here after 26yrs if I treated clients this way.
