Once the job was completed he showed how the sprinklers worked and made any adjustments I wanted. He cleaned up everything and replaced everything up once he was completed. I did not have to go behind him and clean up dirt or grass. He is a very nice man, courteous and knowledgeable about about the sprinkler system."

First Rate Irrigation spent hours diagnosing, but then fixed all the different areas in one day (including digging down to repair two pipes, replacing 15 sprinkler heads and adjusting all the timing to save water). "It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. End result fully functional sprinkler system, a home that now has amazing curb appeal, a green lawn. the backyard looks completely updated and a drip system that is up and running. Thanks to Del Mar Landscape the home looks twenty years younger."

Hugo is very easy to work with, is reliable, calm and offers a very fair price for his work . "Hired them to fertilize both front and back yards (with manure) and to clean the flower beds. We are not a large lot and they charged $480. Overall they did a nice job but during the estimate we clearly spoke about one particular flower bed where the landscaper asked me how much we wanted ?trimmed and cleaned out? and I stated he would need to discuss with my wife when they came. When my wife broached the topic with them they said they were unprepared to do any trimming? I?m not sure what value of the $480 would have been attributed to that but certainly as a result we overpaid. My only suggestion would be to make sure you get what they are doing in writing. Also I would get another quote against the one they give you. Talking to another ?pro? through the app (who offered a bid after I had hired Luna) was about $100 less."
