We have since had them take care of the horrible ceiling cracks in our living room and vestibule and paint both rooms. They also installed handrails on the staircase to the upper level. "Called Santiago remodeling due to a leak in the bathroom. After inspection he noted that the Sewer Pipes were leaking underneath the house. It turned out to be a major job. Santiago Remodeling replaced all of sewer pipes and clean water pipes as well. In addition I decided to remodel both bathrooms so I had him do it. I am very happy with his service. If I ever need any remodeling done in my house or in my rentals he will be the first person that I will call. I inspected the job everyday and saw that they really are professional. After the job was completed he gave me USB with all the video and pictures that he took before and after the job. I never in my life received any thing like that from other contractors and I have used several in the past. I give 5 stars for this company"

Ofir ended up removing the damaged tile without disturbing anything around it, which made the job simpler and less expensive in the end (but not every project will turn out this well).
