He was cheaper than the first quote, which advertises heavily and is multi-level (expensive!!!), but he also presented great ideas to solve our particular problems. Ernesto gave a heads-up about scheduled appt the night before, showed up on time, and got the job done in a day's time, needing to go to Home Depot for a tool to dig through our frozen ground to trench for the drain. He was a pleasure to work with and after seeing everything he pulled out of our gutters and what was involved with the Fr. drain, I would say we got a bargain. Can't recommend him highly enough. "
