"David came to my house today for the initial inspection and treatment of Eastside's signature service. He was very friendly, and kept in touch beforehand on his arrival time. We looked around the house and I pointed out some of the bugs we've seen in the home and outside. He identified the insects and told me what were and were not problematic. The whole process took about an hour, and David left his card for me to contact him directly if the situation (we have an impressive swarm of mason bees) didn't improve in the next few days. In setting up the appointment I spoke with Rebecca, who was very friendly and helpful in getting the service set up and the proper paperwork handled. Great experience, glad they're working with us to keep the bugs out!"
