"I recently had a fantastic experience with Repair Pro for a much-needed roof repair, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first call, their professionalism shone through. I was worried about a sudden leak, and the team at Repair Pro was incredibly responsive. They scheduled an inspection quickly, and the technician was right on time, courteous, and extremely thorough. They clearly explained the damage (a few missing shingles and resulting water penetration), showed me pictures, and gave me a clear, fair quote with no pressure for unnecessary extras. The repair work itself was completed efficiently and meticulously. The crew was respectful of my property, took care to protect the landscaping, and performed a very thorough cleanup—you couldn't even tell they had been there, aside from the brand-new, perfectly matched shingles on my roof! Most importantly, the repair has held up perfectly through the last few heavy rainfalls. It’s a huge relief to know the issue w"

"I had a leak in my laundry room, and had SlopePro come by to look at it. I was worried that they would try to pressure me into some huge purchase like other roofing companies, but that wasn’t the case. When they arrived, the found where the leak was, explained everything to me, and simply replaced a pipe boot. There was no high pressure sales tactics, they literally just fixed the leak. Not too long after, a huge storm blew off a few of my shingles. They came out again and WOW. Their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. They handled everything for me, were always available for questions, provided top notch work, and I have a brand new roof that I can trust was done RIGHT (covered by insurance). These guys and gals are truly the most honest, transparent and professional people you could ever ask for when making roofing decisions. Not only that, but they are actual roofing experts, unlike other companies who are just salespeople with ladders. I can’t say enough, HIRE SLOPEPRO!! 10/10"

"This company did a great job of replacing the shingles on my house and shed, all in one day. They also did a nice job of cleaning up the worksite once they were done."

"I love my new black roof and gutters. Mateo was excellent. He explained the process in detail from start to finish and was always available to answer questions, he even filed the insurance claim for hail damage for me. Mateo made the roof replacement process simple. I highly recommend Mateo for your roofing needs."

"Signature Craft was responsive, effective and efficient when I used them to repair my roof, siding and ceiling drywall damage from tree limbs that fell on my house. Signature Craft responded within a few hours to do emergency repairs and final repairs after my insurance settled. Their customer service and work quality is superior to other contractors and they are honest, trustworthy and dependable. I recommend Signature Craft to all my friends, family and real estate clients."

"Excellent customer service and quality of work. Roof was replaced in two days, which included repairing damaged areas of decking. Cleaned up everything after the job and came back a few days later to inspect the work."

"Tony the project manager was a great help love our new roof"

"Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning. My yard and driveway are completely cleaned up-couldn't even tell they were here. Ease of payments as well. Date of Service: 2020-04-29 04:00:00.000"
