"Daniel did a great job. He took the time to help me choose a good name/grade toilet; installed and left both bathrooms clean. His helper was great too! Southern Plumbing is now my “go to plumbing business”! Thanks again!"

"As always, Short Pump Heating & Air continues to excel at customer service. The technician, Scott, showed up right on time (which is typical for SPH&A), extremely courteous (also typical), and did a timely but thorough job of the system checkup. This may be my favorite local business in the Richmond area; I feel I get a tremendous amount of value for the products and services they provide. When we needed our downstairs unit replaced two years ago, I went to great lengths to find the best possible value. During my research, I kept seeing comments about how great Short Pump Heating & Air was, and I have to say, it's all true. When they installed the downstairs unit, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the entire team, from the office staff to the technicians to the owner. In fact, I was so impressed that I had them replace the upstairs unit a year later, and didn't think twice about whom to call. As a homeowner, it gives me great peace of mind to have such a reliable organization as SPH&A for something as important as our heating and cooling system. This most recent service may have been a routine maintenance check, but it's great to know they still commit themselves to service excellence for their customers. A+ to Scott and the entire SPH&A team."

"They were excellent. They did a great job and the prices were reasonable."

"I have hired Signature Craft for multiple projects for several properties over the years. I have always been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them."

"David and his crew from Lockhart plumbing was awesome! They did a excellent job installing the main water line. They are on the job on time, they clean up after themselves. They do quality work and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.I would hire them again."

"This was the second major job I hired this company for. The first was the addition of a screened- in deck and patio addition in 2017. Both times they were professional, on time, and quality of work was outstanding. I will not hesitate to hire them for future projects."

"I do not have the bandwidth or verbal acumen to describe how grateful I am to Plumb Magic in general, and Andy in particular. I was spinning like I had one foot nailed to the floor when I called. Andy showed up, had me breathe into a paper bag (figuratively, of course) got me calmed down and pointed in the right direction. He suggested a trusted salvage service and went right to work. He went way above and way beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever been party to. He stayed with us until the county (ultimately responsible for my predicament) showed up to start repairs. I am already planning to call back after this mess gets settled to complete some long-put-off projects."

"Pete was amazing! He came and gave me an estimate and let me know all of the work/supplies that would need to be done prior to him installing the dishwasher. He was prompt, skilled, knowledgable, and personable!"

"Jesse was quick to respond to any questions I had and did not push anything on me. I asked for different options and I felt like I was able to choose what was right for me with no pressure. He also made a point to install our water heater when it was most convenient for us even though that was on a weekend. I will definitely hire these guys again."
