A call from the dispatcher provided me with a heads-up when the technician was on his way from the previous job a few miles away - right in the middle of the scheduled time window. "Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! "Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. We woke up in the morning to sinks, shower and toilets that would not drain and were backing up with water and waste. Found The Plumbing Therapist on angies list. We called them as soon as they were open and they were at the house by 10:00 am the same day.

Michael was the serviceman and he did a super job. He explained what he was doing and doubly made sure all the waste line were running clean and clear before he was done. He also offered some plumbing tips on another matter. I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend this company.
