He came back with the right equipment and he fixed the job that he guaranteed he could do and he did what no other plumber that I had out here was able to get the job done and I had three other plumbers that was not able to get the job done like he did. "I was very upset with this company as they did not fix my problem or diagnose it correctly. They then sent the same plumber out for a second time and the problem was not resolved. I posted my disappointment on Home Advisor. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing then sent a master plumber who found the problem and corrected it at no additional expense. I am now very please and would recommend them as they were not satisfied until we were satisfied."

Pumped out and gave advice on how to keep system in good shape to minimize need for future pumping.
