"I need to revise a previous review. Jim did do excellent work. His cuts were absolutely plumb, straight and horizontal. Previously I made a statement regarding the precision of his cuts and that was only due to one cut extending outside of the area necessary to install the window. I previously stated that I would not use Jim again, which is misleading. I merely meant that, being fairly handy myself, I would feel confident enough to do the same job myself in the future after having seen how it is done. As far as the quality of workmanship, I have no significant reason for criticism. The final product is excellent, complies with code, and provides much better lighting for our future basement bedrooms than what was there before."

We had several bids on the job and Full Contact came in the cheapest with the best references. Brandon came to the house and took a lot of time bidding out the new sidewalk and drainage issues. They completed a HUGE job in one week and ran into some issues along the way, in which Brandon was up front and honest about the solutions without breaking our bank. I feel that Brandon is great at what he does, the final product is phenomenal! He was either at the house working all day or constantly checking up on his guys to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone that is needing concrete work!
