He gave us a quote on the spot to remedy the situation and the next day him and his crew were there. They repaired a 2' x 3' hole, scraped the ceiling to smooth and touched up the walls after painting the ceiling. This happened on a Thursday and allowed us to continue with out closing on Monday. The estimate was very reasonable, and the worker's came each morning early, did their job and left. The drywall was put up, taped and mudded on the first day, and mudded again for several days.
