"Hector actually started digging around to see if he could locate the pipe and location of the "break" so that he could properly assess the job and give me a quote. After seeing the system turned on and seeing that the sprinklers still had good water pressure, he suspected it might be something other than a broken pipe, and he was right. Turns out that buried deep down and obstructed by tree roots was a capped sprinkler head and the stem just below the cap was cracked. With that discovery the fix was pretty easy. I appreciate that Hector took a serious look at the job first instead of just throwing out an expensive solution, like a couple others did. Hector is prompt, courteous, very professional, worked quickly, problem solved, and charged a reasonable and fair price for his work. I will hire him again for an upcoming irrigation project I am planning."
