"It was a pleasure to have them advise me on my home in Berkeley Springs, WV. The original estimate was not changed due to my house having an ancient type of foundation that precluded them from cutting into the cement floor for the tile drains. The alternative was sheeting applied to the walls with a "guttering" type baseboard that collects the water and gravity drains it to the sump pump. " hollow plastic baseboard is installed along the base of basement walls to form a drainage channel that directs water to a sump pump system. A baseboard-type drainage system is sometimes recommended when the basement slab is too thin to accommodate a French Drain." It cost $5000 to install the entire drainage system and sump pump in 2017. Works so well no moisture for the past 2 years. Had maintenance done on original work for $178 in 7/2019. I hope it lasts for years to come."

"Our family hired MAC Group to correct items found on a structural report we had completed prior to placing our 50 year old family home on the market. "I first called Paul Richardson on Thursday 03/21/2018 to get an estimate on clearing and possibly replacing some sewer lines in my house I recently purchased after I noticed that my garage was being flooded by sewage. I spoke with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called me back later that day to confirm that Paul would be able to come out the next day to be able to fix the problem. I elected to have the camera brought out to get a better idea of what was going on. As Paul will tell you, it really takes the guess work out of issues like this. It was definitely worth it. Come to find out, the line that ran from outside my house to the city sewer had a belly in one area and was collapsed in another. Within a few hours, Paul and his partner had the the old line out and replaced with a new one. Without Paul, I would have had to wait until Monday for other companies I called. Not a ideal situation when you cant shower or run any water without fear of your garage flooding with sewage. Almost a month later, I have had no issues with my plumbing. I will definitely be calling Paul in the near future to take care of some extra jobs around the house."

"These guys were phenomenal. We hired them to replace our shower faucet and shower head yesterday. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I will say that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but I completely understand why. What I was super impressed with was any time they had to go get parts or do this or that, he would ask me to come and look at what he's doing. Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but he explained everything in great detail about what they were doing, what needed to be done and why. He kept me so very well informed throughout the entire job. They worked very fast but not too fast to make mistakes. They cleaned up after the job very nicely and very timely. Kudos to them! I would absolutely 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing job and we will absolutely use them if needed in the future! Two areas of feedback. 1 -They had to replace panel behind our hallway toilet. It's just a smidge crooked. To be fair, the old panel was painted the same color as the walls, so it's very possible the old one wa a crooked too and we just didn't notice. And 2 - maybe look into booties to cover your rubber boots for non emergency situations? This is by no means a complaint. Plumbing is a messy job and I appreciate everything they did. Just a suggestion!"
