"One afternoon, upon arrival from work, I discovered that my dog had done a number on a large carpet area (imagine, white). I contacted multiple businesses for an emergent area rug/carpet cleaning. Although Greeny’s Steam Cleaning already had a full schedule, the owner, Brian, personally went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule (due to the time-sensitive nature of the situation). He was highly communicative and punctual. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to assess the condition of my carpet and explained the specific techniques and cleaning products he would be using, ensuring that I was comfortable with the process.
