I am on the board of a townhome association and we originally reached out to Crosstown Concrete in 2020 to install a concrete flume to help with water management. They were provided a spec from an engineering firm we worked with and completed the work wonderfully. In 2021 we had a massive concrete project and a massive asphalt project we needed to get done. We worked with Crosstown on the concrete project to coordinate the removal and replacement of 23 garage floors as well as concrete aprons in front of the garages that ran the length of two of our buildings. Greg was great to work with. He responded quickly to phone and emails, came on site before the project began to work through details with us, even contacted some of the homeowners directly when they had questions or concerns. I do not imagine any project of that size ever goes 100% smoothly but Greg was very responsive when we brought problems to his attention and his crew treated our area with care while they worked."

"Travis and his team were TOP NOTCH and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for concrete work or excavating. When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. He and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final results of their work. It also should be said that Travis is a very cool guy that keeps things direct and simple - he's a real joy to work with from start to finish."

"I especially appreciated the fact that Don gave me a lot of good suggestions and gave me options (I really was not sure exactly what I wanted -- just that I wanted to replace the tub with a shower.) And I was limited in what I could do because I have an extemely tiny bathroom. Don gave me the pros and cons of various choices -- for example, we can do X and it will let us finish the job in just a day or two, but it will up the price by $x. At one point, the white seat that I originally wanted inside the shower had been discontinued and I had to choose a different color. I chose caramel and Don suggested changing the grout to more of a brown color to go better with the seat and that turned out great! The project took a while (8 days) due mostly to the fact that they had to let each layer of concrete dry before moving on, with one more day delay caused by having to order a new seat color with matching grout. They did a great job and I am extremely happy with the final result!"
