We previously had a well known national pest control company that treated the symptom of our problems without getting to the cause of them. We had mice (mouse?) issues, the national company brought traps, Larry took the time to figure out where they were getting in and eliminated it. "They were to seal the house and rid of mice. They checked the exterior of the house set traps in the attic and promised to return in a week or two. They never came to check the traps. We still have mice there has been no change. Over the next three months I text twice (which showed as read) and an email with no response. They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. but will not respond to my text. They have been paid and we see NO results."
