"EXCELLENT! At 9 am this morning, my son walked in and said, "Mom, the tub faucet broke off!" And for a very reasonable charge. $ 450 to shut off water, completely remove and replace old faucet including related handles and so forth, and roto rooter the drain since it had been running slow and might as well get it fixed while they're here.
