"I used Pure Heaven to clean my carpet after my 3 year old daughter was caught playing with ketchup and ended up getting it on the carpet in her room. (She loves ketchup.) l wasn't expecting much because it didn't look good after my wife and I tried to clean it ourselves. I called a few companies and Pure Heaven was able to come out the quickest. Prices are competitive as well. Martin came out and went over everything. He ended up getting all of it out! He did say he could patch that area if a stain returns. He went above and beyond in educating us on our carpets. Won't use anyone else from here on out."

"There was a miscommunication. When I spoke with Mike on the phone, I specifically asked if they steam clean the carpets. However, he must have misunderstood my question. He arrived with an orbital rubbing machine, like what one would use to buff a hardwood floor. We had that kind of service before with Kiwi carpet cleaning in the Dallas area. And we didn't think it was nearly as good as steam cleaning where suctioning is involved. It's frustrating because we scheduled movers to unload our household goods for the following day and now we're going to have to do a multistage move so we can get our carpets cleaned the way we requested. While we were very disappointed that the service wasn't as we expected, Mike conducted himself professionally and arrived as expected."

"<p>Call for service was answered right away. Schedule was flexible and set to my liking.  Was on time.  Did a fair cleaning job...looks good.  Black light still illuminates pet urine areas but there is no odor even when we are lying on the floor.  He did not bring any little plastic disks to set furniture on...I had to move the furniture to one side of the room then back.  He did help me lift the leather sofa to move it and 1 of the recliners.  He was going to just clean around everything in place.</p> <p>I deducted "Professionalism points" because he nearly gave me a heart attack when he decided he wanted to see the upstairs (uninvited) and went dashing up the steps.. There were 2 small dogs barking and growling from 1 room...Luckily, Big Dog was alone in a closed room and remained calm...Big Dog is a guard dog and very large and protective. The door won't stop him if he feels we are threatened or receives the command word.  From the bottom of the steps I called to the service man NOT to open any doors.  Luckily for him, he did not and he returned downstairs.  I warned him that Big Dog never barks.  The guy was even checking out our back yard! He walked all through the downstairs...opened the bathroom door to see what was in there...luckily no one was in there at the time.  I felt like he was casing the place!</p> <p>The price was great and the job looks good....but next time I think I will just rent a machine and do it myself.....easier on an old woman's heart! (since I had to move the furniture myself anyway...)</p> <br />"

"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. Have been very pleased with the product performance and the advice provided by OdorXit. I highly recommend these products."

"DoneRite came to clean the tile/grout in my house. I needed to reschedule (twice) and they were completely accommodating. Gordon called to let me know he was on the way and when he arrived I was impressed by how professional he looked and how polite he was. My tile looks amazing! I plan on contacting DoneRite soon for carpet cleaning. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for professional tile cleaning. They do a fantastic job and the price is very good."

"An extremely difficult job done very well. Our team was thorough and professional, couldn't ask for anything more. Carlos was the lead guy and he did a superb job. Kent was the operations supervisor and visited often and he was the guy who got up and cleaned the registers and vents that were 28 feet high. Gave a B grade on price - how would I know what's competitive? Quote seemed high at first but more than fair when the job was done. Called some others highly rated by Angie's list and they didn't even bother to come out and look at the job - gave a quote over the phone. I even cautioned them about it, and they said if it was a house that was their bid. Knowing the extent of the job I dismissed them and their company. If they came out for their quote they would have either left immediately or done a half assed job."
