"It went really well.  One guy handled the whole project.  He gave me a good warning about where it might be slippery, what to avoid and when I could walk on it.  He let me know where there were stains he was able to do and where it was more of an issue of wear and it wouldn't come up.  I knew what I was getting, he performed as promised and it didn't take very long.  he gave me an indication of when i could bring the furniture back and as expected the carpet was quite dry.  The equipment did a good job of sucking out the water because it was close to dry even at the point when he left.  We were given instructions of what furniture to move - tables, lamps, etc. stuff that was manageable.  He said the big stuff he could move himself, I was doubtful but he did move it.  I was very pleased.  Whenever you let someone in your home it's important that it's someone who was trustworthy, had a good attitude and nice to be around and he certainly was that."

"This company was one of the ones on the computer that offered senior discounts. I checked what all the people had said about the company and everybody had something good to say about this company. So, that is who we got. I called them and they came out and gave us a free estimate. So that is who we got. There was a spot they didn't think they would be able to get out and they said maybe after they left and it would dry a little bit more it would get a little bit better. I am telling you it is almost gone. They cleaned everywhere we had carpets, we have big bedrooms too, on two bedrooms, the hallway, the living room and the dining room. We got a 20% discount if the small items were moved, and we moved the little small things in the other room for him. And then the other 10% discount was for being senior citizens. The total bill came to $346.00 and then with discounts it was $249.00. Then we went ahead and we spent the money to get the soil retardant put on it and it was $104.00. If something is dropped or spilled on it; it will bead up they said. On the price, for what they did they really did a good job. I was very happy. On price, we thought it was pretty good. I called a couple of other ones that were on your list and they even had a higher price. They didn't give 10% discount for seniors, and they didn't give any discount for moving any of the furniture. It was just a flat rate. We thought it was pretty good. On responsiveness, they came right out the same day we called and they scheduled our appointment right when they were here. On punctuality, in fact, they were even a little bit early. They were really good. I think it was a father and son and I thing they own the business together from what I gathered. We are going to get them next time."
