He ended up not doing the work because it was not damaging the house nor were these wasps bothering us. The fact that we was up front and didn't want to charge us unnecessarily was impressive. "Dand G was a real pleasure to deal with, at all stages through the process. The salesman came and provided a very good consultation and estimate. This is not trivial our house, approx 90 years old, and a fair amount of time was spent discussing the challenges that our old house presented. Helpful information regarding the various government and energy utility rebates would apply to each type of system was provided, and a competitive quote was obtained promptly. The removal of the existing system and replacement went flawlessly, with a crew of 3 to perform the work. The crew was clean, courteous, busy, and professional. They had brought all the necessary equipment with them, and clearly knew their jobs very well. When installation was completed, a technician came out to perform the final checkout and go over the care and operation of the new system with me. Just as the case with the installation crew, the technician was a complete professional and very polite and helpful. All permits were pulled correctly, and final payment was arranged with the salesman a few days later. A week or so after that, the rebate forms for the furnace and A/C arrived by mail, and thoughtfully were already partially completed by Dand G. There was nothing negative about this experience at all, and the professional attitude and courtesy of all Dand G employees was very reassuring. I recommend Dand G to anyone that is looking for quality HVAC work at a reasonable price."
