They did this work while we kept the church open. This project was completed on time and on budget. The quality was excellent. I would highly recommend Mt. Tam construction for any similar work. "

They have dealt with a stone deck that kept leaking refuse down the facade, painted our entire house inside and out more than once, had our wood floors sanded and refinished, repaired cracks and leaks in the siding of the house, repaired a balcony. They have been very creative and innovative in coming up with fixes. As we stated earlier they are professional, reliable, consistent and their communication is immediate. We rely on them to deal with any house repair we need. They are a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them highly to anyone needing any house repairs whether a small or extensive project. "

He advised that several of my ideas weren't worth the money, and suggested more cost effective alternatives, which I really appreciated.
