"I couldn’t be happier with Amir, I am glad that I found him. I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. I’ve had to be on top of them just to get the work done, they would usually show up when it was time to get paid. I had lost faith with all contractors, that is until I found Amir. He is the opposite of what I’ve dealt with, professional, to the point, honest and works cleanly. He recently paved a four garage driveway. He got the job done so quick, that my head still spinning, not only that, when I showed him the respective area, he took the measurements, got on his phone to run some numbers, and made an impromptu quote. We picked the dates and the job got done. No B.S. no chasing after Amir. DONE!!. He is currently working on a historical home for me. I will come back and add additional details about my experience with Amir once the whole job is completed, but, as of right now, I am extremely happy. The work is getting done, and quickly. The foundation work started with in a couple of days after we signed the contract. If this was a different contractor, I can positively say that I would still be waiting for the work to begin. If you want to have a horrible experience, do not hire Amir, because you will only have a good, professional experience. Amazing work Amir."

"Edward and his team were excellent! They replaced our long and large asphalt driveway with concrete but first had to remove the roots of the surrounding trees and lay rebar all throughout. Price was very fair. Edward was very detailed when it came to measuring and ensuring good quality work. We LOVE our new driveway and highly recommend Etan Home Construction!"

"Sunshine builders is great company! Their team is professional, skilled and easygoing to work with! We hired them to remodel our kitchen and could not more pleased! They definitely beat our beliefs from the consultation meeting through the completion of the kitchen. This was the first time that we hired a remodeling company. The workers and sub-contractors were very professionals and they were very helpful as I was working from home full time. Mike went with us to several vendors and helped us with choosing counter-tops, back-splash, sink, flooring, hardware etc. His help was very important to narrow down the many options we had while focusing on the budget and not passing it. Mike also helped us with some design suggestions He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was helpful with answering questions. Overall we got excellent service and the final work speaks for itself! We now have a gorgeous modern kitchen and couldn’t be happier! It has been a pleasure working with them!"

"First and foremost, Pete and his crew are all good guys, courteous, pleasant to talk with, and very hard working. No doubt about it, they know their stuff! Their concrete work is second to none. The finished product is some of the best I've seen. There were two minor issues. One, they damaged a Honeysuckle that was goring over the water spigot trying to access the water spigot. Partly my fault, Knowing how much water it takes for concrete finishing work, I should have pointed it out on the first day. I had to hack down almost all of bush/vines to free the wire trestle to bend the trestle back into shape. Also while they were rooting around for the hose bib they knocked off of the control box for my auto-watering system. A quick reconnect of the control box and all was well. The Honeysuckle has recovered nicely. So... Initially frustrating, in the long run, no harm. Two is he quoted me $3,800.00 for the job. On the day before the pour he told me he ordered a higher grade of concrete and asked for $200.00 more. Now, from my perspective (both professionally and personally) an additional 5.5% on a change order is not unexpected and reasonable so I said fine, no problem. That ate the tip I had planned on giving them anyway so it didn't cost me any more than I planned. And I got a concrete pad I can park an M1A2 Abrams on should the need arise. I highly recommend them. In fact, when I can afford it, I will call Pete back to do my driveway... This time I'll show him where the hose bib is from the front. :-)"

"I had a great experience with Shenon Construction. Tom has a great personality and is easy to work with. I had almost my entire house remodeled from the floors to the bathrooms to the driveway. Everything was done well and with skill, like the tiling and painting. Compared to others that I worked with during the remodel, Shenon Construction was the most accommodating. They helped me find other people when needed for some specific items. Adam, the project manager, was good at communicating throughout. I was renovating while living in a different state and felt that I could trust their team and was able to meet and see progress throughout. Anything I was not satisfied with, they addressed. It was a great experience overall, and I would recommend Shenon Construction to others."
