After signing a contract and paying $610 downpayment for getting windows installed, I also signed a three day cancellation policy which made me think i had three days to cancel. Contractor ( Daniel Khachaturyan ) did a really good job by having me sign that right away without saying that there were some exceptions in the back in SMALL letters. I decided to cancel on second day and after a week of not hearing from company or contractor , i decided to call the company to get my money back. To my surprise, the agent mentioned that they couldn?t reimburse me because ?NUMBER 17 IN THE BACK OF THE CONTRACT STATES DOWNPAYMENT IS NON-REIMBURSABLE? The agent gave me two options. I either lose the money or i can use that money for future projects with them. I decided to lose the money as i no longer wish to do any kind of business with this company. This is just to help others to be aware of this company and how overpriced their services are ($9k for 6 windows"
