"I was having plumbing issues and called jax hydro Jetters. The guys took time to explain that my main sewer line was backing up. My service was complete the same day on time might I add. They were very thorough and very cleaning. From foot booties to masks to protecting my floors from there machines. When they finished they took time to explain what happened what they did and educated me on preventative maintenance...very easy to talk to down to earth and Patient. I keep my house immaculent but I think it was cleaner once the left and they followed up with me to make sure everything was still working. 20 out of 10. Definitely would recommend."

"Danny and his partner, Knot came as schedule to replace utility sink that had a leak. He installed a new sink in the garage within an hour and the problem was corrected. The sink looks very nice and they did a great job. I will hire this company again in the future and I highly recommend their services."

"Cannot rave enough about Christian and the West Bay team!! I was a little nervous about solar, we had spoken with a few other companies beforehand and didn’t have the best of experiences. "It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"Instead of suggesting a leak detection service, they said they would drill holes in the floor until they found the repair. Good thing I hired a leak detection company, because the leak wasn't in the floor, it was in the wall. <br /> They didn't show up when they said they would and weren't the best in communication. I think the job was completed satisfactorily as I don't see evidence of a leak. <br />"

"When the removed the old toilet they found tree roots growing up the pipe.They were surprised the toilet still worked.They put copper sulfate down the pipe for a couple of days if I remember right.They were hoping that would work or they would have to break up the floor to find where it was coming from. But it worked thank goodness. I just had them out again to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. The only problem I had was the tank on the toilet was not tighten down like it should have been and they left things alittle messy. Other than that I was completely satisfied. <br /> <br /> <br />Not sure on cost of putting toilet in. We provided our on toilet but I don't have the receipt of the job with me. This is an approximate cost. <br />"
