After a nationally known sewer/drain cleaning company snaked out the trap and did a camera inspection of the main line for me, I was told the line was broke and needed to be replaced or relined. They even showed me their video where they said were breaks. I called Daniel for a second camera inspection, he responded promptly, was very friendly, professional, polite. He saw no breaks, showed me the whole video showing just waste build up so he hydrojetted the line, spending several hours flushing it out until it was clear, making sure there was no mess, even allowing me to put a copy of the before/after videos on a flash drive for myself. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."
