"Steven Nix (owner) and his 3-man crew arrived on time, did an outstanding job on both the move-out and move-in phases of our move, and were professional & courteous and efficient. We were quoted a flat hourly rate without any surcharges or other "extras" and the final actual cost of our move was far below other quotes we received - with no sacrifice whatsoever in terms of quality. They were extremely careful of our furniture and other possessions, and went out of their way to properly distribute, place and set up our furniture during move-in. We had just had all new flooring installed throughout the home and they were very conscious of this, placing pads and runners throughout so as not to cause any damage. Steven was also very flexible in terms of scheduling - we had a "hiccup" in the sale of our home and some major issues with the home into which we were moving and had to push our moving date back twice - he accommodated us with no problem whatsoever. "The movers were very professional and efficient in the actual move. Everything I would expect from a moving company. Definitely didn?t expect to pay almost 1k over what was quoted to me though.. I understand there?s never an ?exact science? as it?s all dependent on how long everything takes.. but that was not ideal. Initial quote didn?t tell me the give or take a few hours bit and also didn?t include materials for the packing in the number I was given after I explained in detail what was needed. The gentleman who wrote it up at the end also took almost 35 minutes to get back in to my apt after telling me he?ll be right back with the total. When I?m paying hourly for the crew that was another ~125 for him to just write everything up. Overall, though, they did a good job. Only irritation was the pricing. If you?re going to charge me at least be transparent.. I understand there?s a big difference in quality and I?ll happily pay a premium for better service.. just be upfront about it."

"I was moving from Tempe to Chandler. I lived on the 3rd floor, and Kent, Kent Jr, and John were the movers that loaded up all my boxes. I HIGHLY recommend them for any move. They were so fast and efficient. I was so shocked at how fast they loaded up the truck. They were such hard workers, especially with me living on the 3rd floor with ONLY stairs. They were very professional and hard-working people. I've moved a lot, and this was the only time I was relieved from stress once they moved it so fast. No damage to anything either they padded up and used protective supplies for the move. I will forever recommend it to my family and friends. I will also be using their services any time I move.
