"Hired them to install a tankless water heater, which required an electrical upgrade from 30A to 120A. They handled everything with the panel, ran the new wiring without any damage to the drywall, and kept everything clean. They also added can lights in the ceiling of one room, and installed outdoor electrical outlets. They were fast, professional, and incredibly sharp. Definitely a go-to place for all your home electrical needs."

"Mike and his team did a great job upgrade our electrical panel from 100A to 200A. They did a great job and we appreciate their work and effort. Mike is kind, professional and always willing to help. He has answered me lots of questions and make adjustments based on my request. The process goes smoothly and inspection passed without any doubt. And their price is the best (among the 3 companies I quote)! Would highly recommended them for anyone needs a panel upgrade or electrical work."

"Quality electrical work can be expensive, so it's hard to judge the value you get. Bottom line, the job was expensive but professionally done. I had two lights that suddenly stopped working and had no idea what the problem was. As with other companies, Seatown did have a charge to analyze and diagnose the problem, so there was no free estimate. They also inspected the whole circuit board and checked for compliance with current electrical codes and checked another electrical glitch. Taylor determined the problem and I had him replace the faulty GFI outlet and give me an estimate of cost of replacing the main circuit box. He also installed a new light fixture that I had purchased to replace the older fixture that I had damaged in attempting my earlier repair."

"We have been an A&A Electric customer for many years now. We have had outlets replaced, bathroom fan timers added, ceiling fans installed, and intermittent flickering light issues look at. Alex completed all of these repairs efficiently and we have never had any issues with any of the work he has done. Alex is up front regarding pricing. He gives an estimate as to how long he thinks it will take and he has always been accurate. Our largest and most recent project was an electrical panel replacement. He took the time to go over all the details regarding what would be required to replace our panel. He answered all of our questions on the type of panel to get and what extra features (like a whole home surge protector) were worth it. We scheduled the project for a few weeks out. He arrived on time each day and gave progress updates as he did the work. We are very happy with the panel upgrade."

"Skipper & Sons installed a entryway chandelier in high ceiling 18' tall. They installed a new light and switch in an unfinished closet, and 3 new canned lights and new switch in my master bedroom. They also fixed the wiring in an existing switch in the downstairs hallway. They did professional electrical work."

"I've now done a few projects with P.H.E. and I have been extremely happy and satisfied. Troy is the owner and is great about communication, keeping me in the loop on projects, letting me have choices for my accessories, etc....The team of guys that come do the work are great!! They arrive on time, they do their work (quality work), they clean up and they're out. I work an odd shift for work and get off at 1 am and they were awesome enough to arrive early and get the work done without waking me up, I just had to leave a door unlocked for them. That's great customer service. PHE takes their time when it comes to the bill, so they don't over or under charge and that's also appreciated. They have fair prices, I've never had any issues with the electrical work since the jobs have been done and I love that I can just send a text to Troy and let him know I need more work done and he gets me scheduled. This is due to them being a family owned company and not a big chain where I have to deal with a bunch of people just to get an appointment. I DEFINITELY recommend Pacific Home Electric for any electrical work you need done. They are priced fair, reliable, professional and do quality work. You won't be disappointed and you can thank me later!! I'm a customer for life."

Customers say: True professional

"They were time efficient, readily offered input and recommendations to find a better solution than originally planned, and the project was completed as desired. I had new overhead lighting installed in three bedrooms, and another installed in the main living room with a dimmer switch. They had no problem installing the hardware I had purchased, and they were courteous and cordial. If it were a more complex job I might rate higher if the same quality of work was done in a timely fashion. As it stands, I plan on hiring this company for any future electrical needs. I?ll always get multiple quotes, but due to the service I received, I will always call B-More first."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Seattle, WA

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
