He came out for a bid and was so detailed for what the job entailed. The bid was very fair. They completed the job in a timely manner. They did not miss a single detail. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.

"Having had 2 previous contractors, Palm Construction was the 3rd & final contractor that completed my project in a timely manner by doing a full kitchen & bath remodel. They also installed a HVAC system, redid all the plumbing, had my house re-painted, had my deck reinforced and did an earthquake retro-fit. They did exceptional work in a very professional manner. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day, and when asked to do something, they did it without hesitation. I would also like to mention the tile work done in my bathroom was done with detail and precision and it turned out beautiful!
