"Very good job by Rich and his co-worker. They were friendly and efficient. I had an electrical outlet in our master bathroom that just stopped working one day. When it did, I replaced the outlet with new components but it still did not work. So Rich spent a lot of time troubleshooting it, checking various other outlets in the bedrooms next to it, in the other upstairs bathroom, etc until he found the source of the issue, a wire worked itself loose in the electrical outlet in the powder room on the first floor - and this disrupted the power going to the outlet in the master bath. Rich also added an additional outlet we wanted in the master bathroom and replaced the security light outside with a fixture I had purchased for him to install. I would easily recommend Rich and use him again"

"Jon had been the one to come out last time when my light was making scary crackling noises. He returned again to do the light install/replacement. He was great about answering my questions. Jon was very kind about not laughing at me when I freaked out about a cache of dead stinkbugs, and he took the extra step of getting his shopvac to suck up all the bodies. The lamps are a little complicated, and Jon made sure I knew all the steps I would need to take to change a lightbulb. CW Electrical Services has been my go-to company since I moved into my house in 2011. They have wonderful customer service, short (or non-existent) wait times for appointments, and every technician I have met has been both top-notch with their knowledge and skill as well as personable and professional."

"I required a swapover of switches and an installation of a new dimmer switch. When doing the swap over of the switches, it became clear that it couldn't be done easily and that rewiring would be needed if I wanted the swap. As I didn't want the rewiring, George returned it to the way it was. I was a bit concerned now as I thought as the swap over of the switches cut into the estimated time to do the dimmer it wouldn't get done. George, however, installed it anyway within the time allocated. Yes, I would recommend George."

"Did excellent outstanding work installed new electrical box installed 15 light fixtures 3 huge ceiling fans replaced light switch with all of the light fixtures also did required rewiring as needed. The foreman Justin very professional gave a very fare estimate in pricing. The three Electrian that actual did the hands on work are more than excellent in their trade. Also the foreman Justin and the three Electrian s (Justin, Ashton & Jarrod ) are veterans as well as a awesome gang of guys. "We purchased a home that had electrical wiring suitable for 1975 (i.e., mostly ungrounded outlets & not enough outlets in each room); it also had no outlets on the third floor where there was a bedroom and full bath. We hired Pricelight to run new wiring for outlets to the first, second, and third floors (the house is about 700sf per floor). It was a little nervewracking at first because we had a deadline and it took them longer to start our job than we originally anticipated, but once they got there they took care of the work in a highly professional manner, went above and beyond (they replaced one outlet in the kitchen that wasn't part of the original bid so that it would aesthetically match the others, took the time to trace all of the old circuits so that the electrical box is now properly labeled, and even wired a plug to the new dishwasher that was delivered), and while they had to create some large holes in the walls in order to do the job, they patched them really beautifully and left everything really clean and neat. They followed COVID protocols while on the job and were great about communicating and explaining things to us. Their bid was about $500 more than the other bid we received, and we were glad we spent the extra money."
