Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

"The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top.
