"Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

"Before we decided to hire Anton's team from European Craftsman and Remodeling to power wash the exterior of our log home and put two new coats of stain on it, we did a good deal of shopping around. Our past experience had taught us that we needed to be extra careful with the professionalism of the painter we wanted to hire. My husband and I received a few estimates and we didn't go for the lowest bid. Instead, we were struck by Anton's professional knowledge and sensed that he was probably the guy we needed. And we were right. Anton was punctual, responsible, and observed the terms of our contract.
