"We started out with a company with a friend of others. He sold it, and I sold it. They sold and it became Arrow. I can tell you that we would have been with him for many years now. They are extremely professional and punctual. They do an excellent job, and we have just been very pleased with them. The quarterly bill is around $85 for pest control. We are billed $100 a year for termites. We were treated for termites and now they just come back and inspect as per the warranty. We lived kind of close to a lot of countryside, and we have had problems with rats. They have also dealt with that. The people who come out to do the work have been wonderful."
