"The worked they did was repairing some cracks. Initially, it looked beautiful. But, after a couple of months, it went back to what it was was happy initially and then later I was. Initially it looked beautiful but their work didn't last, it wasn't guaranteed not to come back. The color came out of the leather. For a different type of repair, I would use them again in future but for what I had them out here for, I wouldn't. They came out twice and they said, 'We are going to do this this time for free but this isn't guaranteed not to come back. If we have to come again, you have to pay for it.' I was happy initially but then afterwards, I wasn't. The color came out of the leather. I was like strips of the natural leather color coming through. It is a dark brown leather, they put some kind of dye but it went away. It looked beautiful but a couple of months later, it started coming through again. Part of the reason they came back was because they were on Angie's List and they wanted to get some favorable feedback. They did come back and they didn't charge me anything. He made a point that the next months wouldn't be guaranteed."

"Give them an A on everything. I always use them. They come around every six to eight months to clean my carpets. It usually takes them under an hour. I tell them not to move the furniture. Two workers come to complete the job."

"AMAZING. The team from Fiber Clean was efficient, professional and always on time. The work they did was amazing. We cam home to beautifully finished floors and a clean house. There was barely a speck of dust in the house. Amazing, considering they sanded down the whole upstairs and 3 rooms in the first floor. Attention to detail amazing. Very well priced. If you need hardwoods done, call them they are really the best. I have used them for air duct cleaning as well and had the same excellent service."
