"they began a week early and the project took 5 days. they pressure washed 1st and then searched for rotten wood.. there were 54 places to repair and replace wood (including a chimney-50 feet up). the price for all this was very reasonable and the repairs were excellent. Humberto Acabal and his nephew Frank Acabal were in charge of the work and the crew. Humberto is a very good carpenter and Frank knows how to paint. Rich and Jon worked with them to see that I got what I needed. I have always painted my own house and repaired it, so I know what pleases me. This job was A+."
