"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. "Greg did a VERY thorough inspection of a home I was planning on buying. After finding some really egregious problems, we decided to cut the inspection short. Not only did he offer to reduce the price of the inspection, because it was cut short, he probably saved me $100k on foundation repairs. By the time I got home that day, I had an extremely detailed inspection report, with photos and great descriptions. I decided to hire Greg again for the next house, and I had him do a sewer inspection as well. Both were very thorough and extremely helpful in helping me decide to move forward with the home or not.
