"We were so impressed with this team. We had a patio project after being in our home for a year and so we had about 5 companies come out for a free estimate. Gold Medal were the only ones who brought samples, offered suggestions, answered any questions I had, had very competitive prices and actually wrote up an estimate/contract for me. Everyone else that came out was just strictly verbal with their estimate (which sometimes sounded like they gave us a price out of thin air!) or seemed annoyed. From start to finish- Jim and his team were incredible. After we agreed on all the specs, and signed the contract (which was seamless!) we were immediately contacted for a project start date. The first time Carlos came to our house, he quickly and confidently came up with a comprehensive plan installing new drainage to carry the water away from the house and installing new patios and retaining walls. I recently hired Eagle 1 Construction LLC to repair my paver patio, which had developed some loose and sunken pavers over time, along with a top step that needed to be completely reset. From start to finish, their crew was professional, punctual, and meticulous. They carefully lifted the sunken sections, re-leveled and compacted the base properly, and re-laid the pavers so everything looks completely seamless and secure. They also locked down and reset the top step securely, ensuring it's safe and sturdy. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they left the work area completely clean when they were finished.
