"Didn't clean up all of the wet footprints on the floor and wash-streaks from the shower tile. Didn't get the top of one cabinet that was heavily soiled from kitchen grease and dust cleaned down to a clean top - a difficult one for us to reach. Overall, however, was excellent."

Actually, we were at a friend's house and someone spilled red wine on the white carpet and he came and he got it out and then our friend has noticed that although the wine was out, there seemed to be sort of a residual where his solvent sort of left a residue and he came back and took that out and didn't charge extra for it, but he did a great job on removing that red wine on the white carpet. One of amazing thing is that we called him on his business line after midnight thinking I would leave a voicemail, he answered the phone and then came and took care of it the next morning. He is extremely responsive. Another thing that amazes me is that he does a great job on the prizes. It's very reasonable and fair price."

"They are prompt, right on time, the floors are never soggy or wet and they do an excellent job in extracting the water. They take care to put little slips of coated paper under the furniture to make sure that it doesn't get dirty. You don't have to move any of your furniture; they take care to do all of that.
