"Bob and Joey, from Total Mechanical Systems, had to come out to our home, 2 days in a row, to help us with a severe basement flooding situation. Water was coming up through the basement floor drains at a very rapid rate. Bob and Joey responded to our first EMERGENCY call on 3/1/18, when we found out that our saturated and clogged drainage system had failed. They took care of re-routing the drainage system to alleviate that problem. On 3/2/28, Bob and Joey came to our home, again, for our follow up EMERGENCY call.
