"They were professional, courteous, expedient, but unfortunately they placed a damp rug on top of my hardwood floors which I found had condensation build up underneath it that if I had not found it could have damaged my wood floors."

"BUYER BEWARE: *H-Town damaged my carpet and couch. *Promised a refund and now won't return my calls. * Two other companies have come out and said both are damaged and would look worse if it was cleaned again. * Both carpet and couch were in perfect condition prior with no plans to replace for several more years. *Super disappointed not only at how gross they look, but even MORE disappointed and irritated that they won't talk to me, stand behind their work and take accountability. *Hosed!"
