"Jared was quick, thorough and professional. His schedule ran long through the day and his office called to see if we could work on a later time in the day. That was easily accomplished and I appreciated the phone call. Jared arrived within the new time window. He assessed each hose bib and explained my options as well as the costs associated with multiple options. Once we had the agreed upon price, he explained there might be some stucco damage but he would do his best to minimize this - and he did. No damage. This is my first experience with Plumbing Plus and should I need plumbing services again, I'll call them again. Recommend this company based on this experience."

"ARS - Alonso was upbeat and worked quickly. He also beat the arrival time of all of the other services I had called. Meanwhile I did several hours digging to uncover enough of the damaged area of the water main to perform the repair. He did say that it helped a lot that I had uncovered the damage otherwise it could have cost 4x as much. The only negative of his repair is that even though I pointed out the hole as accumulated more mud since I had dug it, he started cutting the pipe before bailing it out - so some mud got into the main and affected valves in the house for a few days."

"I had an excellent experience with Pro Bright Construction. They responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and were able to schedule the installation of a whole-home water flow restrictor on the main water intake that same day. The two professionals who completed the work were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Although this was a significant installation, they finished the job in just a couple of hours and left the work area spotless. I was quoted a price by a large plumbing company that was nearly twice the amount I paid, so I also appreciate Pro Bright's very fair pricing. I'm left truly happy for their prompt response, professionalism, quality workmanship, and value. I will definitely contact Pro Bright Construction for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about this plumber! I had a major sewer main blockage that was causing a big headache, and he showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and got everything cleared fast. He explained everything in detail so I actually understood what was going on, and his honesty and professionalism really stood out. Not only did he do an amazing job, but his price was very fair compared to other quotes I received — no hidden fees, no upselling, just straight-up great service. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a plumber who’s reliable, skilled, and honest, this is the guy to call. I’ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know and keeping his number saved for the future!"

"I was having very serious plumbing problems. After calling a few places, Iâ m glad I choose Pablo and his crew. Courteous, prompt and professional. Also have to mention the great pricing. Everything is all well now. Would definitely recommend and use again."
