"Exploring home maintenance projects, I contacted Angi and interviewed 2 listed companies. Oreo Maintenance proved an excellent choice. The contractor contacted me promptly, followed with an onsite visit and same day estimate. I determined to consider options of pursuing the projects in 2024 or Spring of 2025 over 3 months, finally agreeing to complete in October of 2024. Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year. Professionalism and integrity are earmarks of this agency. I received regular communication and approval as the work progressed. Project completed in a timely manner. Quality of the work excellent. "Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
